Josalyn Mayfield is a client service associate for the Institutional Division of Blue Trust.
Josalyn is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the Institutional Division client service to help ensure clients receive exceptional care at every touchpoint. As part of her role, she designs and implements processes and procedures to enhance the efficiencies of the Institutional Division operations. Josalyn provides administrative support by performing a variety of duties in the areas of client service, investment management, office administration, and accounting to support the Institutional team in serving and assisting clients.
Before joining Blue Trust, Josalyn was a senior analyst at Ernst & Young, where she handled fund administration. She also spent four years as a financial analyst at Ehrenkranz Partners.
Josalyn earned her BS in finance from Clark Atlanta University and her MBA from St. Mary’s College.
An active church member, she volunteers as much as possible with outreach and important events her church hosts.
Josalyn and her husband, Bolaji, live in Atlanta, Georgia, with their two children.
