Amy Wilson is an associate advisor for the Private Wealth division of Blue Trust and serves clients out of the office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certificant and Certified Kingdom Advisor®, Amy provides technical expertise in investments and comprehensive financial planning, creating personalized strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs. She oversees client meeting preparation and implementation of action items while addressing key areas such as cash flow, tax strategies, gifting, education, retirement, and estate planning. Additionally, Amy supports investment management through reviews, rebalancing, and reporting. Committed to excellence, she fosters strong client relationships and actively contributes to the team’s growth.
Prior to joining Blue Trust, Amy was the stewardship and finance coordinator for over seven years at Redeemer Presbyterian Church. While there, she implemented all financial functions and related processes and created and implemented a generosity plan to help the church grow a culture of generosity. Before her tenure at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Amy worked for multiple non-profits and ministries. In her roles, she designed and executed successful fundraising strategies.
Amy graduated with highest distinction from Purdue University with a BA and was also a Phi Beta Kappa member.
Amy and her husband, Doug, have lived in Indianapolis, Indiana, for over 26 years and have three sons. Amy is a founding member of her local church, where she co-chaired a capital campaign, taught Crown classes, and offered financial counseling to members. She is also a Washington Township Committee member of Young Life. In the past, she has been actively involved with several boards, including The Oaks Academy, Harrison Center, Herron Morton Place Foundation, and the regional board of HOPE International.
