The Blue Trust Internship gives students the opportunity to take what they are learning in the classroom and apply it to real-life client situations in a professional work setting guided by financial professionals with decades of experience. Our internship includes industry software training, mentorship and networking opportunities, client interactions, financial plan preparation, and practical applications of biblical wisdom.

Our 2026 Internship Program runs from Tuesday, June 2, 2026 through Friday, July 24, 2026.
Paid internships are offered in multiple offices and divisions across the country. The application window is September 2 – November 3, 2025.

What you can expect as a Blue Trust intern
As a Blue Trust intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Apply classroom knowledge to real-life situations.
•
Connect and learn from experienced professionals and advisors in the industry.

Learn and utilize industry-standard financial planning software.
•
Learn how to apply biblical principles to technical financial advice.
•
Create lasting friendships with other interns in your internship class.
Historically, about 50% of our interns receive an offer of employment upon graduation after excellent performance during their internship.
