Before joining Blue Trust, he worked as an associate in Vanguard's retirement division, helping clients navigate the complexities of managing their retirement portfolios.

Josh graduated from Charleston Southern University with a BBA in marketing and a minor in finance. During his time at CSU, he played outfield for the baseball team.

Josh and his wife, Lauren, are Charlotte natives who attended Charlotte Christian School together and are members of their local church. Josh loves playing golf and enjoys coaching baseball and softball.
