Justin Victor is a senior private wealth advisor for the Private Wealth division of Blue Trust in our Lynchburg, Virginia office.

Prior to joining Blue Trust in 2026, Justin was a partner at HSC Wealth Advisors for over 10 years. Justin graduated from Liberty University with a BS degree in Finance and also completed the Executive Program in Financial Planning at the University of Georgia. Justin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant and a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor.

Justin began his career at a national broker-dealer in 2005. During the financial crisis of 2008, Justin began to question the traditional brokerage model, leading him to join HSC Wealth Advisors. He was thrilled to move to an independent, fee-only firm where he could provide completely objective advice. In addition to holding the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser designation and the CFP^® certification, Justin is currently taking classes for the Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA) designation. Justin enjoys working with his clients and is passionate about helping people prepare for and thrive in retirement.

Justin grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and now lives in Forest, VA, with his wife, Joy, whom he met at Liberty University, and their three children. Their bustling home also includes two dogs, two cats, and thirty chickens!

Justin loves spending time with his family, which often begins with his morning cup of coffee. He is frequently found on the sidelines supporting his kids in their various sports—basketball, soccer, and football. As a family, they enjoy going for walks, working out together, dabbling in pickleball, and embracing the outdoors—especially hiking throughout the Blue Ridge Mountains. He is an avid fan of Eagles football and NBA basketball.

Justin is committed to his faith in Jesus Christ. He and Joy are deeply involved in their community, serving in the college ministry at their local church.
