Pam Gibson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Blue Trust.
As a member of the executive leadership team, audit committee, and capital liquidity committee, Pam provides strategic direction for the company’s financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, sound reporting, and effective forecasting to support growth. She oversees accounting, budgeting, analytics, capital management, and investor relations, as well as audits, insurance, and leasing. A core part of her leadership approach is her passion for developing teams and mentoring others.
Pam developed a strong foundation in financial operations and corporate structure through her early roles in public accounting and at The Home Depot. She went on to serve over 11 years as the executive vice president and CFO at PointeNorth Insurance Group, overseeing finance, accounting, technology, and M&A functions, helping integrate over 30 strategic partners across the Southeast. As the director of corporate planning and analysis at the American Diabetes Association, she led the team that developed and implemented a corporate strategy management system and scorecard, later featured as the first example in Strategy Maps by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, published by the Harvard Business Review. Pam’s wide range of experience and strong attraction to Blue Trust’s mission led her to join the company in 2025.
Pam received a BS in accounting with a minor in religion from Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Active in her community, Pam volunteers as a small group co-leader at her local church. She is currently the director and treasurer of the Indian Hills 18-Hole Couples’ Golf Association.
Pam and her husband, Todd, have three children (all of whom are also accountants) and a daughter-in-law. They live in Marietta, Georgia, and enjoy spending time with their children, playing golf, hosting and cooking for friends and family, and fly fishing.
