John Miley is a senior private wealth advisor for the Private Wealth division and senior partner of Blue Trust and serves his clients out of the office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

As an experienced wealth advisor to individuals, families, and businesses, John uses his objective perspective to help clients make wise financial decisions to experience clarity and confidence and leave a lasting legacy. His goal is to help those he serves focus on the things that matter most to them. John and his team integrate financial planning, investment management, and trust services into financial plans tailored to his clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Blue Trust in 1985, John worked for Arthur Young Co. (now Ernst & Young) in the auditing and management consulting practices. He graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign, and received his Master of Taxation degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Active in the Indianapolis community, John serves on several boards including the elder board and human resource committee at College Park Church. He enjoys mentoring, coaching, and is an avid sports fan.

John and his wife, Kim, reside in Carmel. They have two married sons and six grandchildren.
