

Nathan Manahan is the portfolio manager for the Institutional division and partner of Blue Trust.
Nathan is responsible for securing, managing, and enhancing institutional and high-net-worth client relationships, integrating each client’s financial information to develop, implement, and communicate customized investment solutions. He identifies, researches, and selects investments for client portfolios, including alternative investments.
Nathan previously worked as an investment strategist and investment analyst for Blue Trust’s Investment Strategy Group, where he performed manager due diligence, economic & market analysis, and asset allocation for the firm’s various model portfolios. As an investment strategist, he assisted wealth advisors in matching investment objectives with a customized investment strategy for individual and institutional clients. Prior to joining Blue Trust in 2012, Nathan worked as an analyst at Argen, Inc. and a Financial Representative at AXA Advisors, LLC.
Nathan earned a dual BBA degree in finance and risk management & insurance from The University of Georgia. Nathan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He also holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst® (CAIA®) designation.
Nathan and his wife, Jen, live in Alpharetta, Georgia with their two sons and daughter.
