Middle-aged adults often take on the role of primary caregivers for aging parents and other older adults. This responsibility can begin with conversations about health, financial, and functional needs, gradually evolving into providing support with medical, technological, financial, legal, residential, and other challenges.
Both aging parents and their adult children undergo transitions in their roles, and Dr. Walker offers guidance on how to manage these changes in healthy and positive ways.
